1. MIDSECTION (WAISTLINE) EXERCISE

It is a chair exercise in which you have to pull your knee in and take it down. In this the person pulls it through the stomach and sucks in the guts pulling in the belly button to the backbone. This is a magical exercise.

2. PULL YOUR KNEES UP AND DOWN VERTICALLY

In normal sitting position, both legs are stacked together; pull your knees up and down with the help of stomach muscles.

3. SIDE MIDRIFF (WAISTLINE) EXERCISE

Pull the oblique into the slide and in cinch in the waistline. By continually performing this exercise, you will get the best results.
